Ingredients:

Cooked Basmati Rice (39%), British Chicken (20%), Coconut Cream (8%), Water, Shallots, Yellow Peppers, Red Peppers, Sugar Snap Peas, Spring Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Red Thai Paste (1.2%) (Sunflower Oil, Water, Glucose Syrup, Salt, Red Chilli, Garlic Puree, Sugar, Ginger Puree, Lemongrass Puree, Galangal, Kaffir Lime, Ground Coriander, Coriander, Cumin, Cardamom, White Pepper), Coriander,  Roast Chicken Stock (Water, Chicken Meat, Chicken Bones, Carrot, Leek, Onion, Garlic, Bay Leaf, Parsley), Lemon Zest, Salt.

Heating Instructions:

TO MICROWAVE from chilled:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 4 1/2 minutes (700W), 4 minutes (800W), 3 1/2 minutes (900W).

Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.

TO OVEN HEAT from chilled:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place container onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the preheated oven at
200°C/400°F/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for 30 minutes.
Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.

Take care when removing film lid as hot steam will escape. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these heating instructions as a guide only.
